Hope you had a great long weekend!
If you happen to live in the northeast like me, you already know this Memorial Day Weekend was a bit of a dud in the weather department...cold and rainy and not the start to summer any of us had hoped for!!
This weekend kicked off with a 45 minute spin class on Saturday morning. Thought I'd share one of my playlists you might enjoy especially if you're a fan of 80's music or alternative like me!

I have been searching for a safer non stick pan for a while now..... finally settled in on this one!
It's a cross between a sauté pan and a pot. It also comes with a vegetable steamer/mesh colander and spatula that fits right into the handle for easy storage.
I was skeptical about the non-stick but so far I'm very happy with it. You can make an omelette with next to no oil/butter ...so that's a major win in my book!

NEW ONLINE CLASS TUESDAYS AT 8:30 AM : FLEXIBLE STRENGTH
Last week I kicked off a new format and the feedback was incredible!
Flexible Strength is an invigorating mix of yoga, pilates and functional core training.
Each workout includes both targeted core work along with stretching sequences to help improve your flexiblity and your strength!
This class is taught online and requires no special equipment to participate... if you are interested you can sign up at the link below!

Now that restrictions have eased up in Connecticut, I have been getting many inquiries about training and health coaching.
Beginning the week of June 13, I will be opening up TWO personal training sessions.
These can be for a duet or 1:1 private sessions.
11:00 Tuesday (STUDIO OR ONLINE)
10:30 Wednesday (ONLINE ONLY)
